About Away Resorts
Away Resorts operates holiday parks in five fantastic UK locations. Managing Director Carl Castledine, Finance Director Neill Ryder and Operations Director Greg Lashley set up Away Resorts early in 2008 when they purchased Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park on the Isle of Wight.
The company also acquired Tattershall Lakes Country Park in Lincolnshire in November 2009, Mill Rythe Holiday Village on Hayling Island in September 2010, Barmouth Bay Holiday Park in North Wales at the beginning of 2013 and more recently Sandy Balls Holiday Village in The New Forest in January 2017.
They have years of experience in the holiday park sector and previously worked together as Senior Managers at Park Resorts. Carl and Greg have also been General Managers on various UK holiday parks for Haven.

Special Events Just for Owners
Throughout the year we organise exclusive events for Holiday Home Owners from Summer Pool parties to Cheese and Wine tasting., Reggae nights to Raft Racing! These events are a great way of meeting the neighbours and other likeminded people.
Most events are free of charge, great fun, the perfect chance to make new friends and outrageously popular. You will be given more information on dates of events at your chosen location at time of purchase.
Whether your holiday home is new or pre-loved, you will have the peace of mind of a comprehensive warranty. With a new or ex-demonstrator home you will have the benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty and details of the items that are covered will be within the handbooks supplied.
All holiday homes purchased from Away Resorts come with a twelve-month warranty valid from the date of purchase. More information on this will be provided at time of purchase.
All are parks are NCC Approved.
We’re delighted to announce that our parks have achieved NCC Approved status which is a scheme launched by The National Caravan Council to ensure we provide the highest quality of service and treatment to our customers.
